The health-conscious vegan cakes are presented in an elegant dark teal recyclable box with gold elements for a refreshing burst of sophistication and serenity, with each individual mooncake encased in its own packing. This year, The Cakery will launch six new tempting vegan mooncake flavors: Matcha Mochi, Early Grey Black Sugar Mochi, Black Sesame Lava, Red Date Mochi, Chocolate Hazelnut Lava, Coconut Peanut Lava, all of which are beautifully presented in a luxuriously crafted box.
The particularly special Matcha Mochi celebrates the popular and health-forward Asian flavor. Made with premium Japanese matcha powder, which boasts a superior aroma, the cakes showcase natural sweet nuttiness balanced with a touch of bitterness. The rich flavour profile delivers both umami and texture, with the chewy mochi adding incredible depth to the delicious, antioxidant-rich and irresistible mooncake.
Ultimate indulgence can be expected with the Chocolate Hazelnut Lava Mooncake, Black Sesame Lava, and Coconut Peanut Lava vegan mooncakes. All three mooncakes boast highly desirable molten centers. The Chocolate Hazelnut mooncake features a decadent chocolate and buttery hazelnut flavor, whilst the rich, nutty black sesame is as deep as its incredible, dark color. The Coconut Peanut Lava’s creamy center perfectly complements the textural coconutty casing.
